Using theoretical and practical knowledge alongside learned management skills, this 18-credit minor can be completed in three semesters. You’ll learn to lead events such as digital media conferences, fairs, festivals, historical, cultural and educational exhibits, live performances, trade shows, and weddings. Students will acquire a foundation in the industry that will allow them to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to event management situations they may encounter in their professional careers.
