Departmental Research

This degree is offered by the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in Temple’s College of Public Health. Recreational Therapy students are encouraged to participate in research as an activity that refines their clinical skills and promotes an interest in pursuing graduate studies. Students who are interested in research are encouraged to discuss potential opportunities with faculty researchers. Faculty research emphases in the department include

  • measurement in rehabilitation sciences,

Research in Temple’s College of Public Health

The College of Public Health is one of the most research-active colleges at Temple University. Research at the college is multidisciplinary and spans both discovery and translation.
